Bunded Storage Tanks

Ledbury Welding & Engineering's bunded storage tanks for the storage of Derv (road diesel) gas oil, lube oils, Bio diesel & AdBlue are designed to be delivered to site as complete units and to be operational within hours. Available in capacities of up to 200,000 litres and as single or multi compartment units, and two totally enclosed formats.
Derv Pack
–
With thousands of units operational throughout the UK and Ireland, the Totally Enclosed Ledbury' Derv Pack' above ground bunded diesel storage tank is recognised today as the premier oil storage tank. Unlike the fixed roof design, the bund and convex roof are manufactured as separate components. The inner tank being secured within the bund and the roof is then bolted into position.
Economy Tanks

The Economy bunded diesel storage tank, is available in capacities of up to 150,000 litres but without the removable roof of the 'Derv Pack' offers the smaller operator an economic alternative. Again single or multi compartment units are available.
Supervault Above Ground Petrol Storage

The Supervault MH above ground petrol storage tank dispells the historically held concept of petrol storage 'always' below ground. Although still relatively new in Western Europe the technology proven over many years in the USA with innumerable installations is testament to its accomplishments credentials.
Ledbury Modular Filling Station

The Supervault above ground petrol storage tank has enjoyed much success over recent years having achieved over 100 units UK wide, storing in excess of 2,500,000 litres of product. The undeniable safety record and performance specification has been testament to its acceptance within the industry today.
AdBlue Tanks

Ledbury Welding & Engineering's AdBlue® tanks are manufactured from a high quality steel bund (to BSEN/10025:1993 grade S275) with an inner tank of either stainless steel (grade 304) or moulded HDPE. The bund in order to comply with regulations is capable of holding a minimum of 110% of the inner tank capacity and the roof is removable to facilitate access to the bund for maintenance purposes.
Light Industrial Tanks

Is available from 1,100 to 5,500 litres, and is totally enclosed in either gravity feed or pumped operation formats. For gravity feed applications the inner tank is mounted within the bund at sufficient height to ensure flow even at low fuel levels.
