Job Brief
- Design & Provide Facility for both Derv for Road Vehicles & Gas Oil for Site Vehicles & Temperature Controlled Trailers
- 136,000 Litres Self Bunded Tank – Twin Compartment Split 110,000 Litres Derv / 26,000 Litres Gas Oil
- Limit Site Space for Self Bunded Tank
- Fuel Island for 6 fuelling points onto existing layout with limited space (4 No Single Sided & 2 No Double Sided)
- All dispensed products to be monitored
- Pipework must run below ground
- Feed Pipework to be Double walled Durapipe
Project Details
Ledbury Welding & Engineering were approached by ACC Distribution with the above requirements to assist them in their new build project at West Thurrock. During this project we work closely with ACC, Merridale (Pump Equipment Supplier) and many sub contractors to ensure that the new build would be a success. The project from start to finish took 2-3 months.
